The Civic Feline Clinic has a wide selection of fine products for your cat’s shopping needs
Prescription Drugs: The hospital maintains a well stocked pharmacy for your cat’s medical needs. At the time of your cat’s examination, the doctor can determine, discuss, and dispense any appropriate medication.
Dental Care: The hospital carries home care dental products for preventive care, including (tuna flavored) toothpaste, small toothbrushes, oral sealant to help prevent plaque, and anti-bacterial mouthwash. Science Diet and Royal Canin make special dental formulas to remove plaque by abrasive and enzymatic actions.
Diets: We carry a large variety of diets for a cat’s picky palate and medical needs. Diet brands available are Science Diet, Royal Canine, Purina and Innovative Veterinary Diets. Different diet types are beneficial for growth, maintenance, weight loss, lower urinary tract disease, kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, skin conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, and special needs. Doctors and staff can offer nutritional counseling at the time of your cat’s examination.
Flea Products: We carry Advantage, Frontline Plus, and Revolution at our office. Questions regarding how to best use these products are always welcome. We often have specials such as a free application with purchase.
Cat Toys: Playtime is extra special at Civic Feline Clinic (we try these things out on our cats at home first). Catnip mats and pillows, rolley balls, wiggly wands, hand-made catnip-stuffed mice by Helga’s Mouse Factory, as well as various other toys are ready to be stuffed into your kitty’s shopping basket. Just be sure they share their goodies with you.
A fund was started by a client several years ago to help the homeless and special needs cats that we put up for adoption. Your donations are appreciated (at front desk). Or you can purchase an original CAT PHOTO card by Dr. Josie Thompson or a small stuffed kitten toy. We occasionally have a raffle for special goodies.
