is a graduate of U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine (class of 2004) and also has a B.A. in English from the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma. She was president of the student chapter of AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) for two years at Davis and is currently an active member. Dr. Ellis is married and has two young children, Jack and Rachel, and six cats. She is a member of the Contra Costa Veterinary Medical Association and on the Board of Directors. She is also an alternate in the California VMA House of Delegates.

                                              graduated from Colorado State University in 1978. She received the AAFP senior student award for interest and skill in feline medicine. After internship at the University of Pennsylvania in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery, she moved to Walnut Creek to practice. In 1987, she became a partner in the Civic Feline Clinic and realized a life long dream to specialize in feline medicine. In 1989, Josie began courses in exotic medicine and has included rabbits, rodents, and many species of reptiles as patients to her growing feline case management. (check out the exotic picture page.) Josie lives in Walnut Creek with seven beautiful pet cats (2 belong to her adult sons) affectionately known as the “kitty platoon”, some handsome pet chickens and a pet husband.  She publishes the Civic Feline Mewsletter bimonthly and creates the kitty cards for the Topsy Turvey Fund. Dr. Jennifer Lally

                                           Dr. Jennifer Lally has been a cat doctor from day one... U.C. Davis Vet School graduate in 2005 then Pennsylvania for a year and at Benicia Cat Clinic for 4 years. She has a degree in English (UCLA) and speaks Siamese, Persian and Alley cat... she is working on Bengal, Somali and Manx. Dr. Lally is married and has 2 young humans, 5 cats and a dog who feels out numbered. We are so pleased to have her join the awesome staff at CFC. Make an appointment with Jennifer for your feline friend...we have four vets who love cats!

                                            Dr. Regina Roach received her DVM degree from Texas A & M University in 2011.  She was an undergraduate in Biomedical Science and graduated in 2008.  In veterinary school she served as class president and the class representative of the American Association of Feline Practitioners. She also assisted with the school wide open house and worked at a shelter for pets left behind by owners no longer able to care for them. (Stevenson Companion Animal Life Care Center)  She is a cat lover and Walnut Creek native and is thrilled to be back in the bay area with the team at Civic Feline Clinic.  She enjoys reading, hiking, snowboarding at Lake Tahoe and her two kitties.
